Linchpin was the leading civil engineer for a 381,804 square foot tilt-up facility that was designed and built to accommodate multiple tenants. To optimize the functionality of the building for distribution, the design incorporated 62 dock doors, 32’ clear height, 72 trailer stall and 277 car parking stalls.
