Historic PreservationThe Hall is a popular rental space for the region and regularly a site for weddings and other events. Linchpin provided structural engineering for upgrades to the hall. The engineered repairs included replacing bird damaged timbers. Upgrades consisted of modest seismic bracing of the cripple walls.
