Linchpin was contacted to restore a 100-year-old farmhouse’s structure that was on the verge of collapse. Structural plans were developed to reinforce the crumbling walls as well as rebuild support breams for the inclusion of a new roof. Additionally, the plans were thought to ensure only necessary upgrades were made to preserve the historical integrity of the building.
