Linchpin Associate Principal David Hodder was the project manager for this new two story 90,000 square foot elementary school campus in Wilton California. The project consists of two classroom wings, each with two stories, constructed of moment frames utilizing sideplate moment connections. The administrative, library, and multipurpose buildings are constructed with light gage steel bearing walls with light gage steel plate shearwalls. Construction for this project was completed in 2015, with a construction cost of approximately $25,000,000. Mr. Hodder provided these services at his former employer Anderson and Doig
