Edgewood Building

Linchpin SE provided the structural engineering design a three story office building that spanned roughly 9,500 square feet. A basement is constructed of cantilevered concrete retaining walls and spread footing foundations. The project was completed in 2006 with a cost of approximately $2,500,000.
