Ide Adobe

Linchpin partnered with Krakower Associates for the restoration and repair of this historic Adobe building at William B. Ide State Historic Park. The 1852 adobe structure suffered significant damage and total roof destruction from a 400-year-old valley oak that collapsed onto the building. The restoration was detailed to be historically accurate, restore and upgrade the structural integrity of the structure, and modernize the facility to comply with regulations such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Linchpin prepared specifications for the structural improvements and the historic material restorations and provided construction support for the work.
