Major Remodel

Linchpin consulted on this Incline Village residence with ANI Builds. The project was an almost complete tear-down. Only the foundation was retained to enable winter construction. Just before the TRPA digging season ended, Linchpin prepared and submitted a foundation only permit with Washoe County so that construction could progress while the full CDs were completed. They were then submitted after the no-dig deadline allowing the entire construction to be completed over the winter.
