Tam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Linchpin team, with a focus on large commercial buildings, retail improvements, custom homes, casino projects, and even the awe-inspiring Burning Man artworks. Tam’s portfolio is a testament to his versatility and talent.

With a strong command of Revit and BIM, Tam combines his technical prowess with a deep understanding of steel joist engineering, acquired through six years of dedicated work in the field. This unique background allows him to approach projects with a meticulous eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of structural systems.

Notable Projects include: Reno Public Market, Sands Casino Infill, Glow Plaza, Ferguson Residence custom home, and anchorage designs for all the burning man artwork along Reno’s 4th street. Notable ongoing projects in the works include Corwin Ford Dealership, Oddie Blvd Improvements, and the Crossing Facade improvement project.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tam maintains a vibrant personal life. An avid musician, he can often be found playing the guitar and piano, expressing his creativity through music. Exploring the great outdoors fuels his sense of adventure, as he enjoys hiking, camping, and embarking on group rides with his e-bikes and electric one-wheel skateboard.
