Linchpin donated their time and services for a new snow shed for the Truckee Donner Railroad Society. The shed will be used to house the miniature train on the track at Truckee Regional Park. Linchpin prepared a building department submittal set for the shed, including structural engineering. The architectural design was by Forrest Huisman, AIA. C.A.T.T. Community Project will be donating the construction of the shed and Doug Gadow of Linchpin is providing the project management for the construction. Linchpin thanks Johnny Goetz, Town of Truckee Chief Building Official, for his help with understanding how to permit the structure.
