His proficiency in Revit and BIM 3D Modeling, combined with his passion for design, allow him to deliver exceptional structural solutions ensuring client satisfaction.

Notable Projects include Alpine View Estates, transformative storefront renovation at The Crossing, Liberty Dogs Campus, and a portfolio of high-end custom residential designs across northern Nevada and California.

Beyond his professional achievements, Derek is passionate about coaching high school baseball, maintaining an active lifestyle at the gym, and seeking new adventures through travel. He also finds joy in experiencing live concerts, which fuels his creative spirit and adds a vibrant dimension to his work.
