Erin Broomhall, PE

Erin joined Linchpin Structural Engineering in the summer 2015 with thirteen years of local structural engineering experience. She has engineered hundreds of local high end residences as well as commercial and public buildings. Her resume also includes various projects from around the country.

She has a complete understanding of local environmental loading, necessary for engineering in the region, and a complete understanding of the local building practices of the array of contractors with whom she works. She has solid relationships with most of the local architects, understanding their styles and needs.

Erin is highly experienced in design of SIPs, insulated forms, and other atypical structural systems. She is skilled in 3D Building Information Modeling utilizing Revit Structure.

Key Projects include:
– Tahoe lakefront custom homes at locations including Rubicon Bay, West Shore, Dollar Point, Carnelian Bay, Incline Village, and Glenbrook.
– Custom homes in high-end developments including Martis Camp, Lahontan, Schaffer’s Mill, and Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows as well as areas of Mammoth Lakes and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada.
– Commercial projects including private schools, strip malls, small-scale hotels, and high-end condominium designs
– Project Manager for the build awarded Contractors’ Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT) 2016 Residential Project of the Year.
