Lisa Hartley, PE

Lisa is experienced in a variety of design types, from single-family remodels to full commercial campuses. She has designed dozens of high-end custom residences, several multifamily complexes, and rehabilitations and seismic upgrades of both public and commercial structures. She is highly proficient in Revit Structure and BIM practices, and prides herself on being a capable communicator and valuable participant on every design team. All her work exhibits careful attention to detail and sensitivity to timeline and budget.

Notable projects include: Liberty Dogs Campus, the Villas at Edgewood, Advocates Domestic Violence Shelter, and the Truckee Heights Community Housing Complex.

In addition to design work, Lisa is active on the Linchpin sustainability committee, is heavily involved in business development initiatives, and leads onboarding efforts for new employees. She is also the chair of the Structural Engineers Association of Central California (SEAOCC) Engagement and Equity committee, working to improve the industry for its workers and promote awareness of equity issues at all levels.

In her personal time, Lisa is an avid baker, hiker, and traveler (34 states, 15 countries and counting!), and directs a local hospice choir. She has a black belt in Karate and is a former roller derby player.
